About the CGM Online Order is mobile application for purchasing a various products for Myanmar Region for registerd customer with CGM . Where customer can place a order in bulk.

How do we hold and protect your personal information? Much of the information we hold about you will be stored electronically. We store some of your information in secure data centre that are located in Yangon, Myanmar. We also store information in other data centres or data centres of our contracted service providers (including cloud storage providers), and some of these data centres may be located outside Myanmar in Asia Pacific region. Some information we hold about you will be stored in paper files while you create any order with us thus we can reach to you and deliever to you your ordered items.
For example: We use a range of physical, electronic and other security measures to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of the personal information we hold both in Myanmar and overseas. Access to our information systems is controlled through identity and access management controls; employees and our contracted service providers are bound by internal information security requirements and are required to keep information secure; all employees are required to complete training about privacy and information security; and we regularly monitor and review our compliance with industry best practices.
Also we intigrated several payment gateways for easy payment solutions in application. Those payment gateway contains their own SDKs and they may access your device installation application/packages details to see either apps for payment gateway wallet is installed or not to make a direct payment from application. Rest of other installation details we are not getting and storing on server. Its all about the payment gateway selected by user and accordingly their policies users follow and accept. No any involvement of CGM Online Order there in between user's data and payment gateway policies.
Also regarding location permissions , we used precise location because while making any order we need address accurately to deliever the products at your locations. And we are not storeing this details to server and sharing with other third parties. All asked permission have its own necessary dependent features which completes the ecommerce business logics.
Regarding delete account from CGM Online Order app , in application we don't have a provision in app , as all customer is registed with our CRM system and for accouant deletion they may do form other ongoing portal. This deleted account details and other dependent data would be available on our server as we been doing soft delete from our server and after archive process only data will be removed.

How to delete account?
To delete Online order account, you should contact customer care through Email Id : cgmmobileteam@gmail.com.
Direct deletion of the account by the customer can't be allowed as per the company policy. It will take 7 to 15 working days after verification of all account details and pending order or payments for ongoing and/or complected orders.
Account will not be recovered once it will be deleted.
