About the CGM Scan App is mobile application for internal company users who has a pre generated ID and Password who are employee of CGM . Where user can scan the QR code and company can trace the product stage and product states In simple terms this app is for scanning the QR code from product thus we can know like product is at warehose or at store and can see batch details as well to know mfg date and other details as well including the product location as well.

As we are not provided any account creation , only some of pre authorised user can do login so we are not storing any personal information of user we are only authatic user mobiile number and password at login time with pre stored in our system
As app have an scan QR code feature we may ask user for camera permission and storage permission to save and retrive QR image data from the device it self , and those details are store in our server. which are relevent to our products and our system.
How do we hold and protect your personal information? Much of the information we hold about you will be stored electronically. We store some of your information in secure data centre that are located in Yangon, Myanmar. We also store information in other data centres or data centres of our contracted service providers (including cloud storage providers), and some of these data centres may be located outside Myanmar in Asia Pacific region. Some information we hold about you will be stored in paper files while you create any order with us thus we can reach to you and deliever to you your ordered items.
For example: We use a range of physical, electronic and other security measures to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of the personal information we hold both in Myanmar and overseas. Access to our information systems is controlled through identity and access management controls; employees and our contracted service providers are bound by internal information security requirements and are required to keep information secure; all employees are required to complete training about privacy and information security; and we regularly monitor and review our compliance with industry best practices.
Also we intigrated several payment gateways for easy payment solutions in application. Those payment gateway contains their own SDKs and they may access your device installation application/packages details to see either apps for payment gateway wallet is installed or not to make a direct payment from application. Rest of other installation details we are not getting and storing on server. Its all about the payment gateway selected by user and accordingly their policies users follow and accept. No any involvement of CGM Scan App there in between user's data and payment gateway policies.
Regarding delete account from CGM Scan APP , in application we don't have a account creation provision in app , as all company pre authorise user is using and thus for accouant deletion its not require. And once user left the company then their mobile number will not be active in our system so they cant use an app.

Also regarding location permissions , we used precise location because we need from warehouse and production where the product is either it is in tranport or in store at time of scan process this we have this feature. And we are not storeing this details to server and sharing with other third parties. All asked permission have its own necessary dependent features which completes the ecommerce business logics.
